Tickets are a view of saved order issues, reminders, photo reviews, and other review queues—not a separate source of truth. Photo tickets show WeChat arrival time and possible orders; compare the photo in WeChat yourself, then record each match under Photo confirmation. “Save instruction” records your note. “Save & ask Josh OS” is a separate, confirmed DeepSeek review using that order and the selected approved scenario; its bounded recommendation is saved to order history, but it never sends a message, creates a task/timer, changes a stage, or writes WooCommerce. Clear hides a ticket but preserves its source history. Incoming WeChat text records are shown separately and are never linked to an order automatically.

Messages appear here only after the paired Windows connector sends confidently attributed incoming records. Review the chat and message yourself; Josh OS does not infer an order, call AI, schedule work, or reply from this list.
Manual follow-ups and issues
Josh OS never sends messages or changes store orders from this queue. A future Cloudflare scheduler may create internal reminders only from exact workflow triggers and timers that you approved; messaging and WooCommerce updates remain separate disabled capabilities.

Scheduled internal reminders —
A reminder routed by an approved workflow/timer can become an internal task when due; reject it to stop it. Manually queued reminders require separate owner approval. Neither path sends messages or changes WooCommerce.

Based on the saved WooCommerce intake routes. This is a visible review queue, not a notification or automated action.

Cancelled orders stay off the open board. Review cancellation and any supplier hold/stop needs here; Josh OS will not message anyone or change WooCommerce.

Photo confirmation
When the Windows connector is running and detects a new visible photo in the selected WeChat chat, Josh OS creates a review ticket with its WeChat time and lists orders that had a confirmed supplier request before that time and are still before Documented. You compare the actual photo in WeChat; one photo may match several orders. If WeChat does not expose who sent it, the ticket says sender needs your review. Josh OS does not read or upload an image; it never displays, stores, or sends one to DeepSeek. Tickets refresh here while this tab is open.

Each confirmed match is recorded separately. You can match one WeChat photo to more than one order. Josh OS changes only its own internal stage after you separately confirm “Mark Documented”; WooCommerce and WeChat are never changed here.

Review decisions apply only to the exact latest version. Approval can authorize only its individually approved internal timer routes; the server scheduler also needs its separate gate. Supplier messaging and WooCommerce updates remain disabled. A customer email still requires a separate explicit owner confirmation. Linked handbook entries must also be approved separately.

Manual preview only. Josh OS will not create a live scheduled action or contact anyone. A preview requires the latest approved workflow and an individually approved timer; example timings remain unapproved.

Simulate a scheduler check
Checks the saved synthetic previews against the current time and workspace pause. This is a manual, read-only check; it does not claim, create, schedule, or execute work.

Rehearse supplier and customer-email handoffs
Uses synthetic fixture events only to walk draft, owner review, simulated connector acceptance, reply, and reply review. It does not use Gmail or WeChat, save a draft, contact anyone, create a schedule, or change an order.

Customer email
Connect two separate Workspace inboxes. Search reads bounded metadata for an order number. You can separately open one matching message to display its plain-text body temporarily; attachments and HTML are excluded. If you explicitly confirm an AI analysis, that body and minimum selected order context are sent to DeepSeek once and are not saved. The analysis is a review-only suggestion: it never sends, saves, schedules, or changes an order. On an order card, Josh OS can send only an exact saved customer email after you review its wording and separately confirm the send. It uses the current WooCommerce billing address, rechecks the order and pauses, and never sends automatically or retries an uncertain result. It does not create Gmail drafts or automatic replies.

Google requires an OAuth consent screen. Verification and security-review requirements depend on the account audience and restricted-data handling. Account linking remains an explicit action here.

This is a server-enforced safety interlock. Local source contains a scheduler, but this screen cannot prove the deployed scheduler version. Releasing the pause alone does not enable a worker or an external action.

Windows WeChat connector
Checking connector pairing…
Pairing registers this workspace’s Windows PC. Outbound stays disabled unless the server-side one-shot gate is explicitly enabled. Even then, only an exact draft you reviewed and explicitly release can be queued; timers and AI analysis cannot send. The PC must be on, connected, and WeChat signed in. Do not use the token in chat; it is shown once so you can enter it directly on the PC and store it with Windows user protection.
Private sign-in
Invite-only Supabase Auth. Each signed-in account can read only its own rows through row-level security.
WooCommerce
The cloud sync requests orders and line items using GET only. It does not update status, tracking, notes, or customers.
Supplier messaging
Local source includes an owner-reviewed, one-shot message release path through the paired Windows connector. The server feature flag is off by default; timer-created drafts remain unsent, and automatic message sending is not implemented. This label is not proof of the deployed site's function version.
Scheduled work
Local source includes a server-only tick for approved internal reminders and unsent supplier-template drafts. Its gates default off. It cannot prove that the cloud migration, Edge Function, and Cloudflare Worker are deployed together; no business tick runs unless the server gates and schedule are deliberately enabled. Browser accounts cannot create or modify scheduled actions.
Import verified local snapshot
One-time import of the reviewed backup bundle. Credentials and the test-chat cursor are excluded. Selecting a file shows a local-only preview first; it is not uploaded until you explicitly confirm the import.
